As part of our expanding remote support programs, we are seeking a qualified and licensed mental health professional who shares our commitment to ethical, respectful, and culturally responsive care. Position Summary The Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Telehealth Clinician will provide scheduled virtual counseling, consultation, and supportive guidance to clients through an organization-approved telehealth platform. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity. Our administrative team manages appointment scheduling and will notify the clinician in advance of confirmed sessions. The selected professional will receive authorized login credentials to access the organization's software platform securely from a private home office or professional workspace. Hours will vary according to scheduled appointments and program needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional counseling and consultation sessions through secure video or telehealth software. Provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered support within the scope of your professional license. Review relevant appointment information before each scheduled session. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential session documentation. Follow all applicable professional ethics, privacy requirements, telehealth standards, and organizational policies. Identify urgent safety concerns and follow appropriate crisis-response, referral, and emergency procedures. Communicate professionally with the administrative team regarding scheduling and service coordination. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and protect confidential client information. Required Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field. Current, active, and unrestricted professional license, such as LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or an equivalent credential. Legal authorization to provide telehealth services in the state where each assigned client is physically located. Knowledge of confidentiality, professional ethics, clinical documentation, and telehealth practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Reliable high-speed internet and dependable computer, camera, and audio access. A secure, quiet, and private workspace suitable for confidential sessions. Commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with dignity and respect. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience providing virtual counseling or telehealth services. Experience working with diverse, immigrant, underserved, or multicultural communities. Familiarity with trauma-informed and community-based support services. Multilingual abilities are welcomed but not required.

Compensation and Scheduling Pay:

$30.00-$50.00 per hour, based on education, licensure, professional experience, and assignment requirements.

Schedule:

Flexible, part-time hours based on confirmed client appointments. Our administrative team manages appointment booking and provides advance notice whenever reasonably possible.
