• Provide clinical consultation and behavioral health expertise across our adult programs
• Participate in assessments and clinical reviews within licensure and program requirements
• Support development and review of individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Identify clinical concerns and risks and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-up
• Support staff in understanding diagnoses, symptoms, functional needs, and interventions
• Review documentation for clinical quality, consistency, and compliance What you bring
• Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
• Master's degree in counseling or another qualifying behavioral health discipline
• Experience working with adults with mental health conditions
• Experience in outpatient mental health, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, or community mental health strongly preferred What we offer
