Cerevia Behavioral Health Group is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care and would like the flexibility of working with a growing private practice without having to manage the administrative responsibilities of operating a practice independently. Position Overview The LPC will provide outpatient psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults based on clinical experience and areas of competency. Services may include individual, family, and other appropriate therapeutic interventions. This is a part-time independent contractor (1099) opportunity with the potential to grow as your caseload develops. What Cerevia Provides Patient referrals and scheduling support Insurance billing and claims management Credentialing and administrative support Electronic health record system Professional office space for in-person appointments Telehealth capabilities Collaboration with our behavioral health team, including psychiatric services Flexible scheduling Opportunity to gradually build your caseload Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and provide individual psychotherapy Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Maintain appropriate communication regarding patient care Follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards Collaborate with other members of the care team when clinically appropriate

Qualifications Required:

Active Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain coverage Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Experience working with adolescents and/or adults is preferred. Clinicians who are credentialed with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other behavioral health plans are encouraged to apply. Schedule Part-time with flexible scheduling. Availability may include weekdays and/or evenings depending on clinician preference and patient demand.
