Job Description
Phoenix Holistic Counseling is seeking compassionate, motivated therapists to join our growing group practice. We are building a practice that prioritizes meaningful clinical work, clinician wellbeing, and sustainable caseloads while providing high-quality care to clients navigating life's challenges and transitions. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, depth-oriented therapy, authentic connection, and a supportive work environment that recognizes the importance of preventing burnout while fostering professional growth. CompensationLicensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $60 per attended clinical session Additional $5 per attended session bonus for any month in which the clinician averages 24 or more completed sessions per week Effective rate of $65 per session when bonus criteria are met Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Counselors with more than 3 years of experience in Private Practice $65 per attended clinical session Additional $5 per attended session bonus for any month in which the clinician averages 24 or more completed sessions per week Cancellation Fees Clinicians receive the full $50 late cancellation and no show fee when collected from the client No-show and cancellation policies follow practice standards and informed consent procedures Paid Time Off PTO is accrued based on completed clinical hours. Clinicians accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 completed clinical session hours PTO may be used as soon as it is accrued PTO is paid at the clinician's average clinical session rate Unused PTO does not expire within the calendar year Clinicians can take unpaid time off as needed At an average caseload of approximately 24 completed sessions per week, this accrual structure equates to approximately five 8 hour paid PTO days annually. Additional Compensation & Support One paid hour of weekly supervision/consultation One paid hour of weekly administrative/documentation time Flexible scheduling autonomy Psychology Today profile membership paid by the practice Referral support and client referrals No administrative burden with credentialing and billing systems Beautiful office space designed to support both clinicians and clients High quality supervision and support for you as a person and valued team member Clinical Expectations Completion of clinical documentation within 48 hours of each session, sessions with incomplete documentation will result in delay in pay until next pay period + completed documentation Consistent attendance and scheduling practices Ethical and professional clinical care Respectful communication and collaboration Maintenance of a sustainable caseload that supports continuity of care and practice operations About Phoenix Holistic Counseling Phoenix Holistic Counseling was created as an intentional alternative to high-volume agency and group practice models.
