We're building a warm, supportive, clinician‑centered environment from the ground up — and we're looking for licensed therapists excited to grow with a new practice.

Position:

LPC or LCSW Therapist Flexible scheduling options: Hybrid schedule Fully virtual caseload Fully in‑person caseload An in‑person office in Manahawkin is expected to open as the practice expands. Compensation $70 per clinical hour $75 per clinical hour for all sessions after 15 per week W‑2 position with biweekly payroll Benefits Access to NETCE.com for CEUs after a 90‑day orientation period Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative practice culture Opportunity to help shape a new group practice Sick time Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to clients Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the practice owner as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards Requirements Active LPC or LCSW license in New Jersey Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently Commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care About Aligned Minds Therapy Group As a brand‑new practice, we value clinicians who want to be part of building something meaningful.
