Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed or Licensed Associate Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety during urgent situations, including crisis management and crisis stabilization. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and promote positive behavioral change. Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including medical records and ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient assessment, and research initiatives related to behavioral health. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with clinical research, medical terminology, CPT coding, and best practices in mental health counseling. Requirements Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist in the relevant state.

Licensure accepted:

LAC, LAMFT, LPC, LMFT, LMSW.

Proven experience in psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or behavioral health settings; hospital or outpatient clinic experience preferred. Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10). Proficiency in telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy sessions effectively. Familiarity with working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), geriatrics, or special education populations is a plus. Skills in crisis management, behavior management, social work principles, and addiction counseling are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
