Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Independent Contractor Bridgeview Wellness Center is seeking a fully licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing clinical team as an independent contractor. Position Details Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation:

$65 per completed billable clinical hour/session

Minimum Caseload:

Expected to maintain a caseload of at least 7 active clients per week Hybrid position: Clinicians may provide both telehealth and in-person services and must be willing to come into the Woodstock office when a client prefers an in-person session Flexible scheduling No employer-sponsored benefits are provided for this contract position Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Georgia LPC license in good standing Must be actively credentialed with, or currently in the credentialing process for, at least three of the following payers: Aetna Optum/UnitedHealthcare Georgia Medicaid Amerigroup Cigna/Evernorth CareSource Applicants who have recently submitted credentialing applications are welcome to apply Willingness and ability to provide both telehealth and in-person therapy services based on client needs and preferences Ability to provide timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to ethical clinical practice Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Bridgeview Wellness Center team Preference will be given to clinicians who are already actively credentialed with at least three of the listed payers. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Experience working with diverse behavioral health needs and populations Comfortable working within a private-practice setting Payer & Practice Onboarding Selected contractors will be required to complete all applicable payer enrollment, affiliation, roster, and onboarding requirements with Bridgeview Wellness Center before providing services to clients covered by plans for which such approval is required. Completion of credentialing with an insurance payer does not automatically guarantee eligibility to provide services under Bridgeview Wellness Center's group contracts. All applicable payer requirements must be verified prior to assigning covered clients. Hiring Process Qualified applicants will be contacted for an initial interview. Selected candidates may be asked to provide documentation verifying: Georgia LPC licensure Current credentialing status and/or pending credentialing applications NPI and CAQH information Professional liability insurance Education and professional experience Background screening and other required compliance documentation Additional contracting and onboarding documentation will be completed prior to beginning services.
