Position Summary The Licensed Outpatient Therapist provides comprehensive outpatient psychotherapy services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based psychotherapy. Clinicians work collaboratively within a supportive team while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy to build a rewarding clinical practice. Clinicians can work with specialty populations or with a wide range of groups. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based interventions appropriate to each patient's needs. Collaborate with colleagues regarding patient care. Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Complete documentation within established organizational timeframes. Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture. Clinical Interests We Value We welcome clinicians with experience or interest in treating: Trauma and PTSD Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Anxiety Disorders Panic Disorder Depression Addiction and Substance Use Disorders Stress-Related Disorders Personality Disorders Attachment and relationship issues. Experience with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, CPT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, IFS or other empirically supported treatments is strongly preferred. Clinicians who are eager to develop expertise in these areas through mentorship are encouraged to apply. Qualifications Required Current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW. Master's or Doctoral degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline. Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Preferred Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy. Interest in developing a clinical specialty. Commitment to evidence-based practice. Growth mindset and enthusiasm for ongoing learning. Compensation & Benefits This is a W-2 employee position with a competitive fee-split compensation model based on collected clinical revenue.
