$60,098.53-$72,376.72 Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with optional in-person client sessions in Warren, Michigan. You will work within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment that emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based care, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and related modalities. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth, whether working part-time or full-time. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups as needed Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services when appropriate Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care Required Qualifications Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMSW, LLMSW, LP or LLP license in the State of Michigan Experience providing individual and group therapy services Strong clinical documentation skills, including familiarity with ICD-10 coding Experience or interest in trauma-informed care and PTSD treatment preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, empathetic care
