Are you looking for a great training experience while completing your LCPC hours? Did you know that when you are a LPC you are required by law to be a W2 employee (and not a 1099 contractor)? Look no further! Brighter Pathways, PLLC is a thriving group practice located in Northbrook, Illinois. We offer individual, family, couples, and group therapies. We have also offer canine-assisted therapy. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. We are a growing practice looking for passionate, motivated, and self-directed individuals to join our group! We are currently looking to hire a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), on a part-time basis; with option to grow into a full-time position. Position can include all work from office, or hybrid in-office and work from home.
Full time benefits include:
health insurance, dental/vision, PTO, and more! Both part-time and full-time candidates receive levels reimbursement for professional development, paid weekly self-care time , and responsive admin/billing staff. Weekly hours will increase as caseload increases. Applicants are required to have afternoon/evening availability as well as one weekend shift. Work schedule would be agreed upon at hire. Mandatory group supervision first Thursday evening of every month. Supervision for LCPC hours is included. We offer a strong training program and highly supportive atmosphere! Our Clinical Director (clinical psychologist) offers weekly individual supervision and 24/7 support. LPC's are W-2 employees and follow all rules for licensure. (Please note: we cannot currently supervise LSW's seeking hours for licensure as we do not have a LCSW on staff) We value transparency, teamwork, as well as a supportive, welcoming atmosphere for staff and patients.
