Aligned Minds Therapy Group, LLC is a newly established, clinician-centered practice in the Manahawkin area. We are building a supportive, flexible environment where therapists can grow, feel valued, and help shape the culture from the ground up. We are seeking dedicated LPCs and LCSWs who want autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful work.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team.

This role offers full flexibility:

hybrid, fully virtual, or fully in-person based on your preference. You will manage your own caseload while receiving ongoing support from the practice owner.

Compensation:

$70 per hour $75 per hour for every client after 15 sessions per week 1099 contractor role CEU access through NETCE.com provided after a 90-day orientation period

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy to clients Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the practice owner as needed Uphold ethical and professional standards Manage your preferred schedule (virtual, hybrid, or in-person)

Qualifications:

Active LPC or LCSW license in New Jersey Strong clinical skills and professional boundaries Ability to work independently Comfort with telehealth platforms (if choosing virtual or hybrid) Interest in growing with a new practice
