Evoke Behavioral Health is a locally owned , BCBA-owned and operated organization licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services as a Day Treatment Facility. We provide specialized educational and therapeutic services to children and adolescents (Pre-K through 12th grade) with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and co-occurring diagnoses. In 2025, we opened a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in Arvada, CO, featuring two outdoor playgrounds, a full gym, and an advanced sensory room. Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, Special Education Teachers, LCSWs, RBTs, and Mental Health Assistants, with BCBAs maintaining small caseloads and staying on-site for real-time clinical support. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-4. No nights, no weekends, and no travel. Some required meetings start at 7:30. When you leave at the end of the day, your time is truly yours.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate , skilled Mental Health Clinician to support students ages 12-21 with complex behavioral needs within our day treatment school setting. This role is critical to helping students build social-emotional skills, strengthen peer and adult relationships, and access learning in a safe and supportive environment. The Mental Health Clinician will collaborate closely with the Mental Health Director (LCSW), mental health specialist, mental health clinicians, special education teachers, behavior analysts, speech/language pathologists, and other clinicians to develop and implement individualized interventions.

You are driven by high standards for treatment quality, documentation accuracy, and professional growth. Required Qualifications Active LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCC. Master's Degree in Social work, counseling, or a related field. 3+ years of clinical experience. 2+ years of supervision experience. 1+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities. DBT, ACT, and/or ABA experience preferred. A desire to work within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to pass local, state, and federal background checks. TB test and occupational physical (covered by The Company). Ability to reliably commute to our Arvada facility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical ability to run, kneel, pivot, lift 40 lbs, and transition between seated, kneeling, and standing repeatedly.
