Job Description
Job Summary:
Day One is seeking a Mental health or co-occurring treatment clinician to join our growing Fee-for Service team to meet the continued high demand for counseling within our communities. The ideal candidate will provide clinical services to individuals, families, or couples in need, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities. Both Teleheatlh and in person openings available!Duties:
Complete intakes with assigned caseload of clients within designated timeframe of assigned referral. Maintain client charts in accordance with licensing regulation and agency policy Facilitate individual, couple or family therapy to those on assigned case load Collaborate with assigned clients to create treatment plans, regularly updating those plans and evaluating progress in obtaining treatment goals and objectives. Working within a multidisciplinary team, when necessary, making necessary referrals for additional services that may benefit the clients such as case management or medication management. Implement evidenced based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients individual needs Attend individual and group supervision as required Attend required agency trainingsSkills:
Attention to detail and organized Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills Reliable and ethically soundEducation/Licensure:
Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Licensure as a LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, LCSW, LCPC. Experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning Proficiency in behavioral health interventions and therapeutic modalities Knowledge of documentation standards, ethics and best practices Familiarity with the varied populations and co-occuring treatment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals through comprehensive clinical care.
