Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that include case management, medical documentation, patient care coordination, and social work services. Utilize telehealth platforms to extend mental health services remotely while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and data security. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using CPT coding for billing purposes while adhering to medical terminology standards. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field; licensure or certification as required by state law for clinical practice. Proven experience in behavioral health settings such as outpatient clinics or inpatient facilities with a focus on mental health counseling. Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic modalities including psychotherapy techniques like motivational interviewing and crisis management. Familiarity with
