Position Overview We're looking for licensed Mental Health Counselors of a variety of competencies that have approximately 15-20 hours/week of existing clients as well as Mental Health Counselors that may have less than the 15-20 hours per week of existing clients. We are looking for a variety of counseling skills including CBT, EMDR, IFS, DBT, and ACT. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions to address clients' mental health needs. Maintain a "full-time" caseload of billable client hours per week Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals. Ensure accurate, confidential client record keeping in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards. Participate in supervision, professional development, and case consultations. Implement crisis management techniques and support clients in developing coping strategies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or related field. Florida licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with learning and using electronic health record systems is a plus. Existing client base preferred.
