We are currently seeking a licensed clinician to provide hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services in our Madison office. We offer a great deal of flexibility to tailor your schedule to your preferences. The compensation range is competitive and based upon hours worked.

Requirements/Skills/Areas of Responsibility Provide exemplary outpatient therapy services for couples, families, or individuals across a range of presenting concerns. Ability to offer in-person sessions in Madison, WI at least two days per week Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including providing affirming care to those in the LGBTQIA2+ community. Current valid LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist license in the state of WI, following completion of appropriate MA, MS, PhD, or PsyD degree program Maintain current license; complete required CEUs Must pass caregiver background check Strong written/oral communication skills Motivated/self-directed practice style Develop/maintain referral base Complete comprehensive intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Complete crisis assessment with disposition as needed Maintain accurate and thorough client charts as directed by clinic policy Follow clinic procedures consistent with professional ethics, best practices & HIPAA Collaborate with PCPs, psychiatrists, fellow mental health clinicians, guidance counselors, teachers, families, to coordinate client care as needed Maintain professional, effective relationships with staff, clients & community agencies Attend peer consultation and all-staff meetings (online) Review outstanding A/R in a timely fashion

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
