Psychotherapy Full Job Description Duties:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, and gender issues.
• Conduct clinical research and data collection for treatment evaluation and improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Assist in coding and documentation of patient information.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

MUST BE FULLY LICENSED IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN.

• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques such as art therapy, dance therapy, and psychopharmacology.
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data collection procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

We provide office space if you would like to do in person therapy. Office, billing and administration support is provided. Supervision is also included. Looking for someone who has their own caseload. We can help develop a your practice as we have contracts with all insurance companies.
