Full-time or Part-time About Summit Counseling Summit Counseling LLC is a growing counseling practice based in Blackwood, NJ, serving clients across the lifespan — from adolescents through older adults. We use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Position Overview We're looking for a dedicated therapist to join our growing practice, full-time or part-time. We welcome applicants at either of the following licensure levels: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) working toward full licensure, who will receive regular clinical supervision as part of this role Independently Licensed Clinician (LPC or LCSW) ready to carry a full caseload with autonomy Key Responsibilities Provide individual (and/or couples, if applicable) therapy to a diverse caseload of clients Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in SimplePractice Utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches (EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others as appropriate) Maintain compliance with NJ licensing board requirements, HIPAA, and practice policies Participate in regular clinical supervision (LAC) or peer consultation (independently licensed) Collaborate professionally with practice leadership and support staff Uphold client confidentiality and professional ethical standards at all times Qualifications — LAC Track Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program Active LAC licensure in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Willingness to engage in structured clinical supervision toward full licensure Qualifications — Independently Licensed Track Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW licensure in the State of New Jersey Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

What We Offer Compensation:

LAC Track:

$40.00-$50.00/hour

LPC/LCSW

Track:
