The Role We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Outpatient Therapist to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis at our Hampton office. This is an ideal opportunity for a Resident in Counseling ready to build clinical experience and hours toward full licensure — with clinical supervision, a warm referral pipeline, and full administrative support already in place. You bring the clinical heart; we handle the infrastructure. What You'll Do Provide outpatient individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients across the lifespan Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in a timely, compliant manner Maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients Participate in case consultation and collaborate with our clinical team Coordinate care with referral sources, schools, and community partners as needed Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards at all times What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling or a related field Resident in Counseling working toward LPC licensure in Virginia Experience with youth and families preferred Strong documentation habits and comfort with electronic health records A collaborative spirit and a heart for the community Anger management, CSAC, or other specialty certifications a plus What We Offer Clinical supervision toward full LPC licensure Part-time, flexible scheduling that fits your life Full administrative, billing, and scheduling support Warm, established referral pipeline and credentialing already in place Performance bonuses — grow your caseload beyond the minimum and earn additional compensation for the clients you serve A supportive, mission-driven team environment
