The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health counseling and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to clients facing various challenges. The clinical therapist will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. Current office locations with immediate availability include : North Raleigh and Cary. Preference will be given to candidates with advanced certifications or specialized training in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, IFS, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, and other trauma-informed approaches. Requirements Master's degree in field from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in North Carolina. Strong skills in mental health counseling, including individual therapy techniques. Knowledge of ICD-10 standards for documentation and billing purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Carry and maintain an average caseload of at minimum 25 billable hours per week. Provide clinical counseling services, including individual, group, and/or family therapy. Utilize evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, and/or psychotherapy techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for clients. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
