Job Description
Position Overview Indiana Advanced Psychiatry is expanding and launching an in-house therapy program as part of our growing outpatient psychiatry practice. We are seeking motivated and compassionate therapists to join our team under the leadership of our Director of Therapy. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-growing practice focused on delivering high-quality and innovative mental health care, including medication management and advanced treatments
Position Details Location:
Telehealth and/or Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid)Compensation:
base salary + incentiveSchedule:
Flexible, full-time (30+ hours/week) Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients in an outpatient setting Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers within the practice Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed Maintain appropriate caseload and productivity expectations Qualifications Licensed in Indiana as one of the following:- LMSW
