Job Description

Position Overview Indiana Advanced Psychiatry is expanding and launching an in-house therapy program as part of our growing outpatient psychiatry practice. We are seeking motivated and compassionate therapists to join our team under the leadership of our Director of Therapy. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-growing practice focused on delivering high-quality and innovative mental health care, including medication management and advanced treatments
Position Details Location:
Telehealth and/or Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid)
Compensation:
base salary + incentive
Schedule:
Flexible, full-time (30+ hours/week) Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients in an outpatient setting Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers within the practice Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed Maintain appropriate caseload and productivity expectations Qualifications Licensed in Indiana as one of the following:
  • LMSW
  • LPC•LMFT Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable providing telehealth services Other Benefits Malpractice insurance covered by the practice Credentialing and payer enrollment fully managed by the practice Administrative and billing support provided Work Environment Hybrid model with both in-office and telehealth opportunities Collaborative, team-based care model with director of therapy and psychiatry providers Strong referral pipeline from existing patient base Focus on efficient workflows and clinician support Why Join Indiana Advanced Psychiatry?
