Part-Time Clinician / Group Facilitator Rebuilding Recovery Center & Rebuilding Mental Health South Easton, MA | On-Site Schedule Part-time (1-3 days per week) Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM On-site position (remote/hybrid not available) Compensation $35-$50 per hour, based on licensure, credentials, and clinical experience. About Us Rebuilding Recovery Center and Rebuilding Mental Health are rapidly growing behavioral health programs providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our collaborative team is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care while creating an environment where clinicians can continue to develop professionally. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys facilitating engaging groups while also providing individualized clinical support to patients. Position Summary The Part-Time Clinician will facilitate psychoeducational and process groups while maintaining a small caseload of individual sessions. This position is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a team environment, enjoys group work, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within an expanding organization. Responsibilities Facilitate evidence-based group therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Conduct individual therapy sessions and clinical check-ins. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team. Participate in treatment planning and case consultations. Help maintain a positive, supportive, and recovery-oriented therapeutic environment. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Experience facilitating groups with substance use and/or mental health populations. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site. Preferred LCSW (preferred but not required) LICSW or LMHC Experience in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or residential behavioral healthcare settings. Knowledge of evidence-based interventions including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and relapse prevention. Why Join Rebuilding? Competitive hourly compensation.
