Job Description

Overview Three Trees Counseling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced clinician to join our team. We are seeking a part-time licensed therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with men, adolescents, and couples and is qualified to provide clinical supervision to counseling interns.
Qualifications Required:
Active Tennessee license as an LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent independent clinical license Approved or qualified to provide clinical supervision for counseling interns Minimum of 7 years post-licensure clinical experience Experience working with couples, men, and adolescents Strong clinical, relational, and ethical practice skills
Preferred:
Preferred Specialties in one or more of the following Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) or experience treating compulsive sexual behaviors and relationship betrayal trauma Men's issues, emotional health, and relational growth Couples counseling and relationship enrichment Adolescent and teen boys Healthy attachment, vulnerability, and emotional intimacy development Compulsive and addictive behaviors Trauma recovery and trauma-informed care Preferred Advanced Training in one or more of the following EMDR Brainspotting Internal Family Systems (IFS) Gottman Method Couples Therapy Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Other experiential and trauma-focused therapeutic approach Experience supervising graduate-level counseling interns What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and adolescents Maintain a part-time caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week with flexibility in scheduling in person & telehealth Availability for evening and weekend in person hours is required to accommodate the needs of our clients. $40.00 - $90.00 per hour
