In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults and couples as well as the opportunity to provide group therapy . Your experience and ability to establish a positive therapeutic relationship will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, fostering resilience and recovery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct patient care, innovative treatment planning, all within a supportive clinical environment. We are medium sized insurance based group private practice focused on comprehensive holistic trauma informed care. We offer a variety of somatic treatments as well as outpatient counseling and are beginning to incorporate alternative treatments as well. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, couples and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, IFS. DBT, and EMDR. Tuition reimbursement provided Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, incorporating evidence-based practices for trauma informed care. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA privacy policies; document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes thoroughly. Experience Proven experience providing psychotherapy services across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or community health programs. Demonstrated experience in working with children and youth populations using child & family counseling techniques Background in trauma-informed care including PTSD Familiarity with clinical documentation standards Experience delivering telehealth therapy sessions utilizing secure platforms while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ability to conduct bio psycho social assessments using diagnostic tools aligned with
ICD-9/ICD-10
standards; experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders is a plus. Strong communication skills for client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams; experience working in outpatient or clinic environments preferred.
