In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults and couples as well as the opportunity to provide group therapy . We are medium sized insurance based group private practice focused on comprehensive holistic trauma informed care. We offer a variety of somatic treatments as well as outpatient counseling and are beginning to incorporate alternative treatments as well. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, couples and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, IFS. DBT, and EMDR. Tuition reimbursement provided Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards, incorporating evidence-based practices for trauma informed care. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA privacy policies; document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes thoroughly. Experience Proven experience providing psychotherapy services across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, or community health programs.
