Participate in continual consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team for professional guidance and support when required. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients who present a diverse array of emotional disorders. Our holistic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding each client's unique background, helping to deliver culturally responsive care that is sensitive to their specific needs and circumstances. You will work with individuals in crisis, including those experiencing suicidal ideation, and will bring a compassionate approach to every interaction. Qualifications A current independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in your state of residence is mandatory. A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required.
