Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Group Therapy Facilitation:

Patient Population / Client Focus Your expertise will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic faces specific mental health challenges that require sensitivity, adaptability, and specialized interventions. You will play a critical role in addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma, facilitating their journey towards recovery and self-empowerment. Qualifications A Master's Degree in a related field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy. An active LPC license, demonstrating your qualifications to provide essential counseling services. Experience in delivering mental health treatment, particularly in both inpatient and outpatient contexts. A collaborative mindset, reflecting a passion for promoting positive change within the community. Strong therapeutic skills with proficiency in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
