We provide you with an all-in-one counseling platform that acts as your online office, facilitating live sessions, secure messaging with clients, and comprehensive client management. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video chat to support clients in improving their mental health. Encouraging open dialogue to help clients explore their emotions and experiences, facilitating self-awareness and personal insight. Serving as an advocate for your clients, helping them define realistic goals for their mental health journey. Assessing clients' mental conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that utilize your clinical expertise, and implementing evidence-based strategies to support client progress. Maintaining accurate, concise client records, while adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality and privacy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients consist of stable adults with low acuity needs, carefully screened to ensure suitability for outpatient counseling. This demographic allows you to engage with clients who are motivated for personal growth without severe mental health complications. Moreover, we promise to match you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a satisfying therapeutic relationship. Qualifications To apply for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Active, unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Texas, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted. Strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic demeanor, and the ability to convey empathy and understanding during client interactions. Proficiency in computer systems and telehealth platforms to efficiently navigate the digital counseling landscape. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences would be beneficial: Previous experience providing virtual counseling services or utilizing telehealth technology. Specialization in particular areas of mental health that align with our client population, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, or trauma-informed care. A background in working with diverse populations will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of
USD 90,000
to 104,000 per year based on your working hours and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes: A sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
