Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team at Lifeologie Counseling Hampton Roads. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering compassionate mental health care to clients, helping them navigate their personal challenges and achieve optimal well-being. This position is based in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to client needs. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Facilitate family counseling sessions as needed. Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Residents in Counseling. Strong background in psychotherapy and crisis intervention techniques. Experience with diverse populations, including children and families. Familiarity with telehealth practices is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to continuous professional development.
