Our virtual setting utilizes telehealth technologies to connect with clients, allowing you to engage in meaningful sessions from the comfort of your own space. This role supports 30-40 hours of work per week, accommodating varying schedules for optimal employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices. Facilitate the creation and execution of crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and is completed in a timely fashion, utilizing our electronic health record system. Implement evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team and actively contribute to the development of positive behavior support plans. Engage as a liaison among service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure the seamless delivery of care and resources. Promote open communication with external stakeholders and maintain relationships with relevant agencies to secure new partnerships and funding opportunities. Participate in continuous personal and professional growth by attending conferences, workshops, and networking events in the mental health field. Contribute to agency-wide initiatives and adhere to licensure and accreditation processes. Uphold and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles into everyday practices and interactions. Assist the Clinic Director with various duties and projects as assigned. Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disorders. Our clients often seek support in overcoming personal challenges and improving their overall quality of life. Your role will be crucial in providing empathetic and effective care that fosters resilience and recovery. Qualifications A Master's Degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required. Independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory. Strong ability to maintain clinical records and produce detailed reports in compliance with state regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas, collaborate within a team, and engage clients meaningfully. Proficient in exercising independent judgment and decision-making based on clinical knowledge and guidelines. Preferred Experience Experience in a community health setting or familiarity with telehealth services is highly regarded. Proven track record of developing and implementing treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Compensation and Benefits The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $103,000, commensurate with experience.
