The facility has a position open for an independent contractor for a Spanish speaking Registered Mental Health Intern and/or Spanish speaking Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate would have experience treating various disorders and experienced in writing well rounded assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans. The ideal candidate has experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, and able to manage their schedule. Essential Functions Complete progress notes within the time frame Complete Biopsychosocial Complete Treatment and Treatments Plans Update Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families Staff client cases during treatment team meetings Adherence to the required HIPPA and documentation regulations Provide clinical services are in compliance with county, state, and federal regulatory agencies Regular and reliable attendance Qualifications Master's level Clinician required Licensed is preferred not required Spanish Speaking is required

If yes, please describe your experience, including how you managed your schedule, documentation, client responsibilities, and other independent-contractor responsibilities. Please describe your experience providing mental health counseling to the following populations: Children (approximately ages 5-12) Adolescents (ages 13-17) Adults (18+) How do you stay organized when managing multiple clients, appointments, documentation requirements, and deadlines? Please describe the tools or systems you use to ensure nothing is missed. What is your typical process for completing progress notes and other required clinical documentation following a client session? What days and hours are you currently available to see clients, and approximately how many clients would you like to maintain on your caseload each week? Our practice uses a team-based approach in which clinicians, front office staff, administrative staff, and other providers have different but equally important roles in supporting client care. Please describe how you work collaboratively with front office and administrative staff, respect established roles and responsibilities, and work within the policies, procedures, and systems of a group practice. Scenario #1: You realize that you have several clinical notes approaching their required completion deadline while also having a full client schedule. What would you do? What areas of mental health do you specialize in, and do you hold any additional certifications or specialized training?
