About the position We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will provide high-quality mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evidence-based practices, empathetic, and committed to fostering well-being and growth in clients. Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. State licensure (e.g., LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LMFT, or equivalent) or working towards licensure. Proven experience working with individuals, families, or groups in a therapeutic setting. Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care). Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain professional boundaries. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Substance abuse experience is a plus! Must be able to see and treat patients of all ages Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients. Assess clients' emotional, mental, and behavioral health needs through interviews, observations, and assessments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic goals. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to provide holistic care. Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports, in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies. Stay current on mental health research and continuing education to integrate best practices into therapy. Facilitate workshops, support groups, and community outreach programs as needed. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.
