Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse client populations. Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Manage crisis intervention efforts and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises. Supervise clinical team activities related to case management, patient care coordination, and social work services across home and community settings. Ensure accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Facilitate ongoing staff training on topics such as trauma-informed care, working with individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders like autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and culturally competent practices. Experience Proven experience supervising licensed mental health professionals within behavioral health or mental health counseling settings. Extensive background working with children and adolescents in pediatric or school-based environments. Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, crisis intervention techniques, and emergency response procedures. Strong familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical records management. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders—including substance use disorders—and neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Skilled in delivering evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and trauma-focused approaches like PTSD care. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations from various cultural backgrounds while maintaining sensitivity and cultural competence. Prior management or leadership experience within clinical teams or programs is highly desirable.
