About the Role We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Therapist who is excited to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, integrated healthcare setting. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, complete intakes, develop treatment plans, and help patients connect with the right care and support. You'll work closely with our behavioral health and primary care teams to support whole-person care for patients managing mental health needs, chronic conditions, life challenges, and personal goals. What You'll Bring Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Social Work) with two (2) years of directly related experience is desired Computer literacy is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred Certification or certification eligibility as an LCSW Ed.

D, LMSW, Psy.

D., LPC, LAC or Ph.D. is required. Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions. Ability to work through brief patient contacts as well as to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions. Should be comfortable with the pace of primary care, working with an interdisciplinary team, and have strong communication skills. Good knowledge of psychopharmacology Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols for treatment of selected chronic conditions Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety Ready to do work that matters?
