We are looking for a clinician who enjoys working with children through play, creativity, relationship-building, and family collaboration. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work alongside occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists in a supportive team environment. Duties Provide individual counseling services for children and adolescents Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Support emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies, and behavioral challenges Collaborate with caregivers regarding progress and recommendations Participate in interdisciplinary consultation when appropriate Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice Qualifications Rhode Island licensed or license-eligible clinician (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related field) Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Interest in child development, family-centered care, and strengths-based approaches Position Details Flexible scheduling available Part-time opportunity with potential for growth Afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours available W-2 or 1099 options available depending on hours Administrative support provided Compensation $45.00-$55.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials About A Pediatric Evolution A Pediatric Evolution is a collaborative pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills.
