Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential required
• Demonstrated experience in educational or youth-focused counseling settings

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Record of maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students, supporting emotional well-being
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff, providing guidance on student mental health issues
• Participate in meetings, such as IEPs and multidisciplinary team reviews, as needed
• Communicate proactively with parents and guardians to foster a holistic approach to student support
• Support prevention programs that encourage positive behavior, conflict resolution, and self-esteem
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school protocols and relevant regulations
