In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate evidence-based interventions to guide clients toward recovery and overall well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate care, advocate for client needs, and ensure access to community resources. Provide crisis intervention, case management, and ongoing counseling in both individual and group settings.
