Effectively manages an assigned caseload by providing consistent clinical contact, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans as needed. Facilitates individual and group therapy counseling sessions that are appropriate for the patient population. Completes all clinical documentation accurately and objectively, within the required timeframes. Responds promptly and effectively to mental health crises, using appropriate clinical intervention.
