Job Description
Please note: Applicants must reside in Texas to be considered. About Us Mindful Therapy Group was founded by a clinician with a simple belief: when providers are supported, clients receive better care. Since 2011, we've helped mental health professionals build thriving, sustainable private practices through a provider-centric model that removes many of the administrative and operational burdens of going out on your own while preserving the autonomy and flexibility clinicians value most. For experienced clinicians, that opportunity can also include clinical supervision. Through our growing Supervision Program , qualified providers can diversify their caseload and income by supporting associate-level clinicians as they build their careers. Across our markets, we're seeing a strong return to in-person care. While telehealth remains an important access point, many clients are actively seeking face-to-face support and connection. Clinicians offering in-person services are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only practices, creating a meaningful opportunity to build a stable practice while meeting a growing community need. To support that kind of private practice, Mindful Therapy Group provides the infrastructure clinicians need to grow — including welcoming office spaces, referral support, marketing, insurance credentialing, and operational support — so providers can regain their time and energy back by focusing more on client care.
