Job Description
PsychPros, Inc. is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Fayette County, Texas, to recruit a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services. In this role, you will provide integrated behavioral health services to individuals and families while working alongside experienced psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical providers in a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active (or license-eligible under supervision) LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
