The LPCA will provide counseling and behavioral health services to a diverse population of clients served through our clinic and affiliated community-based contracts. This position offers the opportunity to work with individuals across different ages, backgrounds, diagnoses, and levels of need. Services may be provided within the clinic or at contracted community locations based on current program needs. The position is approximately 5-15 hours per week , with flexibility in how hours are scheduled. Hours may be divided throughout the week or completed in larger scheduled blocks depending on clinician availability and service needs. Responsibilities Conduct clinical interviews, screenings, assessments, and evaluations that fall within the LPCA's professional scope, training, and competency. Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as assigned. Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. Develop individualized treatment plans, treatment goals, and clinical recommendations. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions appropriate to each client's presenting needs. Work with diverse client populations, which may include children, adolescents, adults, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and individuals with behavioral or mental health diagnoses. Complete progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Monitor client progress and make appropriate clinical recommendations, referrals, or modifications to treatment when indicated. Provide crisis intervention and follow established safety and reporting procedures when necessary. Collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, families, program staff, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the client's treatment team as appropriate. Provide clinical services at the clinic and/or designated community or contracted service locations. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, professional ethical standards, clinic policies, and applicable state requirements. Perform other clinical duties within the LPCA's professional scope of practice as needed based on clinic and contractual service needs. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Current Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) license in Texas and in good standing. Must maintain their own Texas board-approved LPC Supervisor and meet all supervision requirements associated with LPCA licensure. Experience working with diverse populations preferred. Experience with counseling, clinical assessments, group facilitation, behavioral health, IDD, developmental disabilities, trauma, or community-based services is preferred but not required. Strong communication, clinical documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt clinical approaches to the developmental, cognitive, behavioral, and individual needs of clients. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to designated service locations when required. Schedule Part-Time | Approximately 5-15 Hours per Week Scheduling is flexible and may vary based on clinic and contractual needs. Hours may be divided across multiple days or completed in larger scheduled blocks. Services may be provided at the clinic or at designated contracted/community locations. Supervision LPCA supervision is not provided by the clinic . The clinician must obtain and maintain their own Texas board-approved LPC Supervisor and remain responsible for meeting all applicable supervision and licensure requirements.

$36.43 - $43.87 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
