Full Job Description Licensed Therapist-Partners In Recovery Annual Salary:
$83,855
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm with one evening per week The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Partners in Recovery team. This full-time, onsite position provides an opportunity to support adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through comprehensive outpatient services.
Requirement:
LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license. Two (2) years of experience providing therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services. Must be eligible for or approved for MCO credentialing. What You'll Do Manage an assigned caseload and provide person-centered counseling and support. Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments, including ASAM assessments, and develop individualized service plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Provide crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services based on client needs. Develop treatment recommendations, discharge plans, and referrals to support continuity of care. Coordinate services with clients, families, treatment providers, and community partners. Conduct random drug screenings as required. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation, including assessments, service plans, progress notes, and discharge information. Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed. Provide guidance, training, and supervision to interns and license-eligible staff as appropriate.
