What You'll Do:

Conduct mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and case management for residents. Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Provide counseling and supportive services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Participate in program development to improve mental health services in a correctional setting.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCP / LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work or related field. Comfort managing complex cases with creativity, empathy, and strong clinical judgment. CPR certification (current) and ability to pass Level 2 background clearance. Previous experience in corrections, behavioral health, or crisis intervention preferred.
