Spruce Mountain Inn is seeking a Full-Time Residential Counselor to join our team supporting young adults in residential treatment and transitional living. Residential Counselors are an important part of everyday life at Spruce. They build relationships with residents, help create a safe and supportive community, encourage healthy routines and independence, facilitate activities, and support young adults as they put the skills they are learning in treatment into practice.
