Spruce Mountain Inn is seeking a Full-Time Residential Counselor to join our team supporting young adults in residential treatment and transitional living. Residential Counselors are an important part of everyday life at Spruce. • this can be an exceptional place to learn and grow. What You'll Do As a Residential Counselor, you'll spend your shifts actively engaged with residents and the Spruce community. Some responsibilities are consistent from shift to shift
• like encouraging healthy routines, overseeing the self-administration of medications, and completing required documentation and shift responsibilities.

You might spend part of your day getting creative with residents in the art room, taking a group into the community or out into nature, helping someone work toward an independent living goal, or simply being the steady person available when someone needs support. Experience in behavioral health is valuable, but we also welcome candidates interested in entering the field A valid driver's license and ability to safely transport residents are required.
