Description Position Overview Mind Elevate Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment This remote position allows counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes while engaging with clients through our telehealth system. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans that include consultation for pre-crisis and crisis management. Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets regulatory standards. Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to assess clients effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs. Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines. Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems, fostering connections for client support. Maintain open communication channels to meet contract standards while promoting Mind Elevate's mission within the community. Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities. Pursue continuous professional development through participation in workshops, conferences, and community activities. Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive client support. Patient Population / Client Focus The LMHC will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and trauma-related issues. Our clients deserve individualized care, and your role will be pivotal in helping them achieve their goals for mental wellness and personal growth. Qualifications A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required. A valid independent LMHC license issued by the state of Washington. Proven ability to maintain and organize clinical records and prepare reports with accuracy. Experience working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment. Strong communication skills with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions based on professional expertise. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting, familiar with digital counseling techniques. Experience in working with multifaceted client issues, such as dual diagnosis and chronic mental illness. Involvement in community outreach programs or partnerships that enhance mental health services. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from
USD 86,000
