Family Services is looking for a compassionate, confident, and dependable Crisis Counselor to join our Crisis Center team. In this role, you will provide immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, assess safety and needs, coordinate appropriate services, and help individuals and families navigate some of life's most difficult moments. Whether you are an experienced human services professional or a recent graduate ready to begin your career, this is an opportunity to develop valuable clinical skills while doing meaningful work in your community. Your Schedule 2-2-3 Rotation | Every Other Weekend Off Our rotating schedule means you: Work only 7 days during each two-week pay period Have every other weekend off Receive a $3/hour shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts Have a predictable schedule that allows for extended stretches of time off What You Will Do As a Crisis Counselor, you will be part of a team providing critical crisis intervention and mental health support to individuals in our community.
