In this role, you will provide evidenced based psychotherapy, on an out-patient basis to children, adolescents, adults and families. You will have complete autonomy over your schedule; while providing psychotherapy for a minimum of twenty-six clients per week, to be considered full-time. Our clinic is closed on Fridays; to provide our therapists a three-day weekend. Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods in individual and group therapy. Maintain detailed, accurate and timely documentation of patient information, notes and treatment plan Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Licensed Professional Counselor-IT or Advanced Practice Social Worker Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred but not necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Works well both individually and as a team Highly organized
