Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Psychotherapist / Counselor to join our mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to SUD population. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their mental health goals through evidence-based practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in individuals' lives while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. All roles are compensated, including internships. Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments and clinical evaluations. Provide individual and group therapy. Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health emergencies effectively while ensuring client safety and compliance with clinical ethical guidelines. Develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate specialized counseling services like addiction counseling, gender issues counseling, PTSD care etc Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling or related field from an accredited institution.. Proven experience in clinical counseling. Experience working within HIPAA-compliant environments utilizing EMR/EHR systems; telehealth experience is highly valued. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients from varied backgrounds. Ability to respond effectively during crisis situations through crisis management protocols; experience in inpatient settings is advantageous.
