SAGE Counseling is actively looking for Full-Time Case Managers in the Phoenix Valley area (including East Valley, West Valley, and Central Phx) to provide a variety of services to support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact with clients through video and/or phone, providing community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth. Case Managers work mostly in SAGE offices, but may have the opportunity to work remotely as available. All equipment needed to provide Case Management services is issued by SAGE.

Qualifications:
Required :
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field
Required :
Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession
Preferred:
