We provide trauma-informed, nervous system-centered psychotherapy within a thoughtfully designed, calming clinical environment. Our work bridges evidence-based care with whole-person healing supporting both client transformation and clinician excellence. The Opportunity We are hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or similar to provide psychotherapy services to adults, teens, and couples in a hybrid model (in-person + virtual). This is a part-time W-2 position (minimum 12 clinical hours/week) with structured supervision toward LCSW licensure. This role is ideal for a clinician who: Desires advanced clinical development Values trauma-informed depth work Wants to be part of a collaborative, non-competitive team Is committed to high-quality documentation and ethical care Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work Active Arizona LMSW license Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relational challenges Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles Professional presence and emotional maturity Excellent documentation and communication skills Comfort working independently within a structured clinical framework Compensation & Professional Development This is a W-2 hourly position (rate commensurate with experience).
