This role involves comprehensive client assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and managing crises. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining thorough case documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) are key components of this position, which emphasizes advocacy, referral coordination, and strict compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards. Responsibilities Perform client assessments to evaluate mental health needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct therapy sessions tailored to client goals Manage crisis situations effectively and promptly Document all case information accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support teams Advocate for client needs and coordinate referrals Monitor compliance with legal and ethical standards Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with LMFT or LPCC credentials considered a plus Experience with clinical assessment and treatment planning Expertise in psychotherapy and crisis intervention Strong case management and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal communication and empathy Commitment to ethical practice
